Myofascial Release Therapy
in Back Bay, Boston
Slow, attentive hands-on work for people who feel persistently tight or restricted. Mercedes integrates myofascial techniques with medical massage and comfortable movement, adapting each session to how your body responds.
Is this for you?
For people who prefer a slower approach to recurring tightness and movement restrictions.
- Persistent muscular tightness or a sense of being restricted
- Areas that feel difficult to relax during everyday movement
- Related tension across the back, hips, chest, or shoulders
- A preference for slower, sustained hands-on techniques
- An individualized approach with progress reviewed over time
What makes it different
- Slow pacing: sustained contact and gradual technique changes rather than rushing through areas.
- Individual response: pressure and positioning are adjusted to your comfort.
- Integrated care: myofascial techniques may be combined with massage and assisted movement.
Goal: Support ease of movement and muscular comfort through a slower, individualized session.
