Early Arrivals 

While we encourage early arrivals, if you arrive early, please keep in mind that our technicians may be with another client and may not be able to assist you right away. Please wait in our waiting room area until your scheduled appointment.  

‍Late Arrivals 

There is a 15-minute grace period built into each hour treatment and a 5-minute grace period built into each 30-minute treatment. If you don't arrive within that grace period time frame, we reserve the right to reschedule and charge our late cancel fee.   

‍Gratuity If you've enjoyed your experience with us, we greatly appreciate any gratuity you may wish to leave for our service providers, typically ranging from $10 to $20. 

‍Cancellation Policy We understand that plans change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best we can. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have a cancellation policy in place. 

‍Cancellation Procedure: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply reply to the email notification you received or text 857-370-4523 with your request.  

‍Cancellation Window: Please note that any appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are subject to a $170 cancel fee or a full credit deduction. 

No Refunds:- All payments made for our services are non-refundable. Once payment is received, no refunds will be provided for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, no-shows, or dissatisfaction with the results of the services provided. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no refunds policy.
