2. Booking and Appointments
Appointment Confirmation: Appointments are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to confirm or reject any booking.
Cancellation Policy: We require 24 notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Payments
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept all credit cards including AMEX, Cash or check.
No Refunds:
- All payments made for our services are non-refundable. Once payment is received, no refunds will be provided for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, no-shows, or dissatisfaction with the results of the services provided. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no refunds policy.

Eligibility: Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
Contraindications: Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding any contraindications associated with our services. By purchasing and using our treatments, you affirm that you do not have any medical conditions listed as contraindications.
- Note: Contraindications may include specific health conditions or situations where the treatment may not be advisable. Clients are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional if they are uncertain about their eligibility for a particular service.
- Service Frequency Requirements: Clients agree to comply with service frequency requirements as specified by E-motion Sports Massage, LLC, doing business as Cryohub. For example, Cryoslimming treatments should not be booked less than 14 days apart. Failure to adhere to these requirements may affect the effectiveness and safety of the services.

Content: All content provided on our website and during services is the property of E-motion Sports Massage, LLC, and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Use of Materials: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or display our content without our prior written consent.
