All sales at Cryohub are non-refundable and have an expiration of 1 year after the purchase date. If you purchase a service and decide not to use your credits, you are welcome to transfer your credits to someone else with written notice, or use the store credit towards another service option.
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy in which you should contact us via phone, text or email if you can not make your scheduled appointment. We charge a $30 fee for any no shows, which would need to be paid in order to book your next session.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule and you may be subject to a no show fee. Our treatments are by appointment only and we are generally on a tight schedule.
